I’ve been meaning to start writing a blog for a while now – mostly for myself, because writing can be a therapeutic process for me – but also to share my experiences and what I’m learning. I am always learning, always wanting to share. Discovery is never dull. I spend a good amount of my day reading articles or scientific studies when I’m not waiting on the kids or spending time with them.

As a result, I sometimes flood my friends’ Facebook feeds with information they may not even want to see. [Sorry!] I do hope it gives them pause to stop and think objectively about or investigate what I’ve posted. But there’s no way for me to know what they’re seeing or thinking, and I felt like it was a good idea to compile and create my writings elsewhere. I do, however, get a good number of people private messaging me to ask questions about my posts. And it’s honestly something I’m so happy to do – to talk to people about topics that are important to me. Who doesn’t love doing that?

For all of my posts, please feel free to comment if you have something you’d like to say or share (please do so respectfully, whether you disagree or not).

Think, love, & be healthy, friends!
